I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in February. My PCP and Endocrinologist told me I had a chronic progressive disease, my only option was to go on drugs for the rest of my life. Around that same time my wife started going to Dr. Goodman. She told me, 'Dr. Goodman says you can reverse a lot of your diabetes with diet'. I had begun my own research and was coming to the same conclusion. So I dropped my doctors and started seeing Dr. Goodman. I am no longer on any medicine and control my blood sugar with diet. Dr. Goodman has been a great support and a total partner in my journey to health. He is a straight shooter and will give you the scoop without fear or trepidation. I recommend him to anyone who will listen.

After having the scare of my life last fall and ending up at the ER, I decided that I could wait no longer to take my life and my longevity seriously. Dr Goodman was straight forward and has been a vital encouragement as I work to lower my blood pressure naturally and avoid having to go on medicine which will never help me address the root issues. A wealth of information and deep compassion for his patients, all wrapped up in a wonderful sense of humor.

Went to Dr. Goodman for my first physical before the end of 2018 and he ordered a full lab test, probably I hadn't had one that thorough in years; Dr Goodman explained in detail what everything in the results meant. My main goal for the visit was to get back in shape, as I had stopped exercising for a few months then, due to a surgery. Now, 5 months later, I have lost 20 pounds by natural means based on a keto-flex diet and healthy lifestyle he recommended, very happy :)

Dr. Goodman helped me to figure out food allergies and I cannot thank him enough for it. I highly recommend him if you suspect you have some food sensitivities

Dr Goodman put me on a Lyme protocol and within two months I was feeling well. During the course of treatment Dr Goodman started me on a journey to wellness, recommending that I lose weight and prescribing some excellent supplements. Dr Goodman is very good at what he does. It is obvious that he lives the lifestyle that he recommends to his patients. Dr Goodman has great "bedside manner" and his approach and attitude towards a patient such as myself was kind and professional with a bit of humor and very relaxed. My overall experience with DR Goodman was great. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to really get well and start living a healthy life.
