In my experience (over about a 5 year period) Dr Kuzniar is a fabulous heathcare provider. She is VERY thoughtful, systematic and research-based and has a wonderful tone and manner. I have referred a number of freinds and family there and the 5 that I know have gone all have only great things to say about her!

I first came to Dr. Kuzniar after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I had been told that I didn't have a bad enough case so I should wait until it gets worse before taking medication for it. I of course wasn't so keen on just waiting for my body to get worse. I tried different diets without any improvement. I decided to go see Dr. Kuzniar. She knew what testing to do and what recommendations to make. I followed her advice and my thyroid antibodies actually went down, I couldn't believe it! I have since been able to have two more healthy children and am still not on any thyroid medication. Thank G-d! Fast forward a few years and we have since moved out of state. One of my children is dealing with something medically. We took her to a specialist and was given medication but she was still struggling. Following up with the specialist just led to higher doses of meds. I decided to reach out to Dr. Kuzniar. She guided me in what to try and what testing I should get done in order to clarify exactly what the issues were. Sure enough the results showed certain root issues that the meds my daughter was taken no matter how high the dosage wouldn't solve. I feel like I have a game plan now and am optimistic that we will be able to heal my daughter. I hope to be able to update this review with good news! Dr. Kuzniar has always been incredibly professional and caring. I am so incredibly grateful to her- thank you!

I have been going to Dr Kuzniar for two years now, I am so glad and proud to say that she was able to help me with undiagnosed SIBO. I had been going around in circles with conventional and unconventional doctors, not really getting anywhere. She diagnose it and treated it right away, which helped me to get back on track with my health, she still helps me with my other ailments and all I can say is that I have had great and excellent results with her treatments. She is also caring, compassionate, wise and intelligent. In the area of unconventional medicine I could not recommend someone better.

Dr. Kuzniar has helped me get to the root causes of my health issues, and I’ve had dramatic improvements in dealing with anxiety/stress, digestive issues, seasonal allergies and other challenges. I am pleased that in working with Dr. Kuzniar I am able to manage my health through nutrition and lifestyle management, and some targeted supplements rather than prescription medications. I have frequently recommended Dr. Kuzniar to Family, friends, and clients.

I've been seeing Dr. Kuzniar for the past 4 years and she has helped my family and me overcome several chronic health issues. She bases her advice on hard, scientific evidence, not on hearsay or pseudoscience, as some other "holistic practitioners" do. She's the REAL deal. Dr. Kuzniar holds an ND in naturopathic medicine--she has studied for years to obtain the knowledge base that she has and she's constantly reading and researching to find the latest information about whatever my concerns are. What I appreciate most about Dr. Kuzniar is her honesty. What led me to find a naturopath was doctors prescribing medications that only masked the symptoms of my problems, without taking the time to find out WHY I was experiencing certain health problems. You will be very happy you met with her!

There is no lack of information these days, but at times it is overwhelming to wade through, especially when a person is unwell. Enter the gift of Doctor Leat Kuzniar. It has been a relief and pleasure to be her client and have her help sorting through the messy puzzle of seeking health. She goes above and beyond as a practitioner and is accessible via e-mail also between visits. I have been her patient for one year now, and together we are working towards managing my SIBO. Discovering and seeking to resolve underlying issues that have been plaguing me for years. As a self paying client, Dr. Kuzniar is understanding, resourceful, and flexible while not compromising on the essentials. I would highly recommend her to others!

I came to Dr Kuzniar in my early 20's battling fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. After seeing dozens of doctors that only wanted to put me on antidepressants to "solve" my problems, my mother brought here. Dr Kuzniar sat with me for hours, asking thorough questions, reviewing extensive blood work labs, and most importantly- she listened to me. She created a safe space, there wasn’t - nor has there ever been judgement. She believed me. She said that she understood, and had treated people with my illness before. She was the first doctor to give it a name, and make a plan. It was a long road back, and she helped me every step of the way. I live in New York City which makes it hard to get to the office easily, but Dr Kuzniar made herself available to me both by phone and email. She's always quick to respond with a plan of action. I went from being practically bed ridden due to pain and fatigue, to someone who practices yoga 5/6 times a week, and is extremely active. I highly recommend Dr Kuzniar, she is a true healer.
