A couple of months ago I injured my back at work. Joe was quick to see me and although I had my doubts about chiropractics he blew my mind. I came to him unable to breathe I was in so much pain. In less than an hour I was walking and breathing at about 90% which is huge if you have ever injured your back. He is a true expert at identifying what the cause was and after a week I was able to go back to work. I highly recommend Newport Mesa Wellness as the place to go to understand your aches and pains, and to have them worked on.

I came here for myocarditis post COVID. I was considered to have long haul syndrome after COVID, and I could not seem to get better. Dr. Murphy was extremely knowledgeable about my symptoms and knew exactly how to help. He put me on the PEMF (pulse electro magnetic field) and did a full body treat along with a brain treatment. Then had me get in the infrared sauna to sweat out all the toxins. I did this a few times, and within the month I was rid of my myocarditis and spiking high blood pressure. I can’t stress enough how helpful Dr. Murphy was! I went to my regular doctor and they told me I had anxiety. Let me just begin by saying if it weren’t for the good Doctor I wouldn’t be working and surfing again. In January of Last Year I fractured my L2, L3, L4 and L5 from a 14ft fall. I couldn’t walk without severe pain and it was impossible to stand upright. Dr. Joe heard about what happened and came to my rescue with a treatment/healing plan that included a level 4 laser, PEMF and HBOT (hyperbaric). They were severe fractures that were intended to ruin my surfing career. Other doctors told me I’d be laid up for half a year but with Dr. Joes help I was able to get back to work and in the water after about 90 days. Insane recovery time. I have been seeing Dr. Murphy for some really bad medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow). By using the laser and PEMF treatments, the inflammation is down and I’m back to work in just a couple of days. I’m a massage therapist so having good elbows is obviously important. Dr Murphy also uses these treatments for Lyme’s disease and Auto-immune diseases with amazing results. I recommend Newport Mesa Wellness👍

I came to dr. Joe Murphy In 2015 with severe Lyme. After being diagnosed and told I needed antibiotics I declined as I had been on antibiotics for years prior with no improvement. I was referred by a very close friend who was treated by dr. Murphy for a similar auto immune disease. His results were impeccable and I met with dr. Murphy and he consulted with me. After a couple hours I decided this would be the best plan and I set off on a year course with dr. Murphy to treat my Lyme. After a year of sleeping with a rife machine (google it), being on a strict diet that was detailed specifically to me, a detox protocol as well as weekly visitations with dr Murphy my life changed drastically. I am now married and working full time, something I didn’t see for myself in 2015 and my life is extremely full. I am extremely grateful to dr. Murphy and if you have Lyme disease or any type of autoimmune disease I highly suggest seeing dr. Murphy and jumping into his protocol with both feet.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Joe Murphy for 30 years.We recently reconnected because of a health crisis I am experiencing.
