Dr. Darren rocks! I came to see him in 2008 with horrible rheumatoid arthritis pain ripping up and down my forearms into my hands I couldn't even hold an empty pop can.my medical doctor wanted me to go on methotrexate which is a cancer drug and all that stuff affects your liver and probably other parts as well I did not want to do that dr. Schmidt really almost cured me of it I'm not on any medicine I have an occasional flare which I control with a little bit of prednisone maximum 3 days usually but I have not had to go on any of the regular pharmaceutical drugs because of him. He is currently treating me for plaque in two of my arteries since June when I started seeing him all my numbers are cut in half. Cholesterol number cut in 1/2,sugar cut in 1/2 blood pressure normal no meds needed now.!!!

Dr. Schmidt has been taking care of my husband over the past several months. He has helped with multiple health conditions concerning us. His recommendations have greatly improved and normalized my husband’s blood pressure more so than any formerly prescribed medication. This really works! I’m a 65 year old fairly healthy woman and I’ve had so many noticeable changes in my health since starting as a patient of Dr. Darren Schmidt. I wanted to get off my medications when I started in early July 2018 and after two weeks, quit using my steroid inhaler. I’ve tried to quit before but after 3-4 weeks, my chronic cough would return and I’d have to start using it again. But four weeks went by and no cough. It’s now been five months and it’s still gone and I haven’t used the inhaler once. And I can breathe so much deeper. I just went to see my M.D. who said my lungs are ‘really clear’ now. That would have been enough for me to make Dr. Schmidt’s treatment protocol worthwhile but there was so much more. My brain fog was lifted. My memory is so much better now and I feel ‘smarter’. And if that wasn’t enough, my tinnitus is GONE, I mean really gone and it hasn’t come back in five months so far. I didn’t even expect that would happen! It’s SO awesome to wake up in the morning and lay in bed and hear silence. I’m now working on my hypothyroidism. I’ve been off my Synthroid since early September 2018 and this has been tougher but the supplements make me feel warmer and have more energy. I’ve lost 12 pounds so my BMI is in the normal range now, not overweight. This program is the coolest thing I’ve done for myself in my whole life!

I have seen an Endocronologist for 7.5 years prior with absolutely no results. For all those folks out there with Thyroid problems and auto immune related issues I highly recommend seeing Dr. Schmidt instead. Sad to say The Endo specialists have absolutely no idea how to treat you!! I am so happy and in debt to Marylin, my friend, who referred me to Dr Schmidt. I was having trouble sleeping; I would wake up 4-6 times per night and couldn’t fall back asleep. I had arthritic pain in my hips and knees, and also often felt constipated and fatigued. I am sleeping well. I can return to sleep easier if I awaken during the night, and am waking up well rested in the morning. Arthritis in my hips and knees is only present when I overdo strenuous physical activity, my bowels have returned to normal and I have more energy. I am able to return to my active lifestyle and can participate in physical activity without pain.

Before I found the NHCAA I had night sweats for 10 years (started at age 35)! They had progressed to the point of being nightly and soaking my pillow and sheets. I started having daytime hot flashes, too. All while being told that my hormone levels were nowhere near menopause. I had multiple blood tests done to no avail. The daytime hot flashes are gone. Soaking my pillows and sheets no longer happens. Although I am still “warm” at night, I no longer wake up multiple times due to sweating.
