I visited Dr. Kenton Anderson when I was struggling with horrible carpel tunnel and tennis elbow. Nothing seemed to work from therapy to at home exercises touted with great success. He suggested I pay him a visit to experience a different kind of focus on healing. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Anderson did not simply focus on the pain I was dealing with in both arms, but did everything from a completely holistic perspective. Emotional, mental, physical, history and more. He also ran some tests that gave me such enlightening insights about how my body processes foods and the impact it could be having on my pain and other physical struggles. I took his advice to heart and committed to making changes in my eating habits. After 30 days, the pain in my arms was completely gone! I went for over 6 months dealing with pain and feeling frustrated that this may have to be "my new normal". No, pain does NOT have to be your new normal.
