Prolozone Therapy

What is Prolozone® Therapy?

Prolozone® is an injection that combines ozone, anti-inflammatory solution and natural compounds to promote healing of joints, muscles and soft-tissues.

Some conditions often treated with Prolozone®:

  • Osteoarthritis- hips, knees and spine
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Bursitis
  • Tendonitis
  • Carpal Tunnel
  • Torn Meniscus
  • Sprains and strains
  • Back and neck pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Tennis elbow

Time Frame:

Patients often report improvement and relief after the first injection, however 3-5 treatments are typical for long-term relief and results.

NOTE: Prolozone® is not like cortisone injections. Prolozone® is used to correct the pathology causing the pain. Cortisone injections may only provide temporary relief of symptoms but has been shown to destroy up to 50% of joint cartilage after a single injection.
